TERMS AND CONDITIONS ISSUED BY GIFT AND BLOOM CO LTD.
These terms and conditions are issued by Gift and Bloom Co Ltd, a company registered in Mauritius and trading address at 74,ST Paul Road, Vacoas, Mauritius. They apply to the entire contents of the websites under the domain name www.giftandbloom.com (the Website). By accessing any part of the Website, You shall be deemed to have accepted these Terms in full.
The Company may revise these Terms at any time by updating this posting. You should check the Website from time to time to review the current Terms, because they are binding on You.
Placing an Order
When you place an order or subscription requests with Gift and Bloom Co Ltd, either by telephone or via the website www.giftandbloom.com you are deemed to have read and understood the following terms and conditions
Delivery Product and Substitution policy
The flower arrangements cannot be guaranteed to be exact replicas of the ones shown on the website because of different vendors & different season constraints. We reserve the right to substitute the flowers (Including specified colour) / other products with equal or higher value in case of non-availability of the desired product. However, our experienced florists will ensure that the style, theme and colour scheme of your arrangement is preserved.
Delivery Timings:
For all same day orders, orders have to be made before 2pm on the same day for same day delivery. All orders made after this shall be considered for delivery latest by the next day. But we will try to execute orders for same day in best possible way.
We do not guarantee any timed delivery unless mentioned separately, our regular delivery timings are between 9:00 am to 7:00 pm. Clients can request specific timings in the comments section while placing the order, we will try our best to honour the client's request but cannot commit 100% efficiency in timing of delivery due to non-supportive traffic conditions.
Delivery timings if promised cannot be guaranteed in case of special circumstances like extreme weather conditions, riots, strikes, elections, etc, the order cancelation would not be possible in such circumstances. We would be able to re-process order as soon as situations get normal. On request of cancellation for such case, Only refund voucher will be provided against complete amount paid by customer which will be applicable for future use without any condition.
Rules for delivery
Delivery will be made as per the order instructions. In case the final customer is not available for receiving the placed order and we have strict instructions to deliver only to the intended customer the order shall be considered delivered.
Attempt delivery of the order placed will be done only ONCE. In the event, the delivery is not executed during the attempt due to the following circumstances, the customer shall still be charged for the order.
- Wrong delivery address.
- Recipient not available.
- Premises locked.
- Wrong Contact Numbers of the recipient
- Recipient refusing to accept the delivery.
- Delivered the product at the Gate/ Reception/ Neighbour.
Customers can call to re schedule a delivery day or collection at an extra cost.
Change of Delivery Address
Any changes to the recipient address would be entertained free of cost if they are requested before 48hrs of the actual delivery. Changes after that will not take guarantee to be entertained but we will try to execute them in best possible way and order for perishable item would not be cancelled.
Change of address would not be possible for products from the flowers section after dispatch. Due to perishable nature of fresh flowers, they can’t be returned or re delivered and can’t change their address once dispatched.
Non Deliveries
Whilst we deliver 95% of our orders on time, there might, on some occasions, be some delays with flower deliveries. A re-send or a full refund will be made if your order still has not been delivered on the scheduled day. All refund are processed within 3 to 5 working days.
Order Change
Any changes to the order would be entertained with monetary adjustments if requested before 48hrs of the actual delivery. Changes after that will not guaranteed to be entertained and order would not be cancelled. Cancellation charges of 25% are applicable on all cancellation requests. Refunds are processed within 3 to 5 working days.
For all changes please call the customer service team or email your request stating your order number.
Damaged deliveries
We will cater to any reports of damaged products/ flowers on the same day and time of delivery only. The problem report must be supported with substantial proofs of the damage made to the product. We would request to send an email or whatsapp us instantly a picture of the damaged product.
Damage Flowers
On rare occasions, flowers may reach their destination damaged, although we do our best to ensure that this does not happen, If the recipient receives such flowers, please contact us immediately so that we can arrange one of the following: a re-send on the next available delivery date, or a partial refund. The amount of partial refund will depend on the specific circumstances and condition of the flowers
Duplicate Orders
If Gift and Bloom finds that the same order has been made twice we will try to contact the customer and get that clarified. If the customer is not contactable we will go ahead with the order.
Fraud Customers
If we find out any fraudulent behaviour from any client in terms of wrong address, unethical message, odd delivery timings or any other reason, we hold the power to reject that order or ban that customer without being answerable to anyone.
Technical issue
Every effort is made to keep the website up and running smoothly. However, Gift and Bloom takes no responsibility for, and will not be liable for, the website being temporarily unavailable due to technical issues beyond our control.
